Area Sales ManagerLocation: AhmedabadIndustry: Consumer Durables / Kitchen AppliancesExperience: 5 YearsSkills: Channel Sales, General Trade, Primary & Secondary SalesRole OverviewThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, channel expansion, collections, and team performance across the assigned territory, ensuring market penetration and growth for kitchen appliances.Key Responsibilities- Achieve product-wise and category-wise sales targets- Drive primary & secondary sales, collections, and ROD reduction- Expand and manage dealer & distributor network- Improve market reach (ND / WD) and market share- Execute sales activation, BTL activities, CP meets & promotions- Monitor and improve channel partner health- Lead and motivate the sales team; improve productivity and engagement- Coordinate with service, finance, logistics & product teams- Conduct competition analysis and share market insightsCandidate Profile- 5 years of experience in channel sales / general trade- Strong exposure to consumer durables or kitchen appliances- Proven ability in sales planning, collections & team handling- Strong negotiation, relationship management & execution skillsEducation- Graduation mandatory- MBA preferred (ref:updazz.com)
