The role is an individual contributor position with strong ownership of targets and channel performance.Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage channel partners (GT, MBOs, kitchen dealers, MOR, EBOs)- Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/annual targets- Ensure market activation, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets- Execute BTL activities, channel partner meets, and sales activation plans- Expand market reach and improve dealer productivity & engagement- Manage collections, order pipeline, and stock liquidation- Coordinate with logistics, service, finance, and warehouse teams- Drive business development through architects, builders & interior designers- Share market insights, competition analysis, and sales MISCandidate Profile- 3 years of experience in channel sales / general trade- 1-2 years experience in kitchen appliances (chimneys, hobs, built-in ovens) preferred- Strong skills in sales planning, negotiation & relationship management- Hands-on experience with primary & secondary sales managementEducation- Graduation mandatory- MBA / PGDM preferred (ref:updazz.com)
