Position Overview- As a Customer Experience Agent (CEA), you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information regarding products and services.- Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving - primarily over the phone.- Key Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries related to products, services, pricing, and company policies- Resolve customer issues and complaints with appropriate solutions- Explain product features, benefits, and availability- Handle customer orders, billing, and payment transactions- Update and maintain customer account information- Assist with returns and service exchanges- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Ensure a positive and professional attitude at all times- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service Key Skills & Competencies- Good spoken English (Neutral or Reduced MTI/RTI)- Strong reading comprehension- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Empathy and patience- Service-oriented mindset- Flexibility and adaptability- Basic computer and desktop navigation skills- Accountability and ownership- Team coordination and collaboration Salary Package- For FreshersCTC: - 3,20,000 per annumTake-Home: Approx.
