Required Sales Coordinator - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:-Cordinate with the sales team and production team with daily for sales and operational purpose. Coordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts. Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systems. Track sales performance, targets, and prepare regular reports. Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales appointments. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
