As we scale our presence and expand our client base, we re looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and drive growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.Role Overview:As a Business Development Associate, you ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy. This role demands a go-getter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people. From cold calling to nurturing client relationships, you ll play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects, and creating a strong business pipeline for Revanta.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential clients in both the residential and commercial sectors; conduct cold calls and initiate conversations to generate qualified leads.- Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns through phone, email, and social media to connect with decision-makers and influencers.- Email Marketing: Craft persuasive email campaigns tailored to different audience segments and follow through with timely responses and updates.- Follow-up Strategies: Develop and execute effective follow-up strategies to convert warm leads into clients and keep the sales pipeline active.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and consistent communication throughout the client journey.- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations to showcase Revanta s real estate and interior offerings.- Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or internal systems.Requirements:- 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in real estate, interiors, or related industries)- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style- Confident in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects- Proficiency in using email marketing tools, CRMs, and MS Office/Google Suite- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups with attention to detail- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities- A passion for design, real estate, or customer engagement is a plusWhat You ll Gain:- A chance to work with a design-led firm creating unique living and commercial spaces- Hands-on experience with high-value clients and premium projects- A collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and ownership- Growth opportunities in sales, strategy, and client management (ref:updazz.com)
