Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):1. Public Relations:- Coordinate with PR agency for media gifting, launches, and press releases.- Track monthly coverage (print/digital/influencers) and ensure alignment with brand messaging.2. Social Media:- Manage content calendar and daily execution (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).- Brief creatives, track engagement, and suggest trend-based content ideas.- Handle community management (DMs/comments).3. Influencer Marketing:- Identify and manage influencer collaborations with clear briefs and timelines.- Oversee dispatches, content delivery, UGC collection, and ROI tracking.4. On-ground Activations:- Support planning and execution of events, launches, and in-store activities.- Manage invites, RSVPs, vendor coordination, and post-event coverage reports.5.
