You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients, educating them about our services, and converting inquiries into appointments.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential patients from provided databases or leads.- Explain the services and treatments offered at Eye Mantra Hospital (LASIK, Cataract, Retina, etc.).- Convert telephonic inquiries into OPD bookings and consultations.- Follow up on leads and maintain a record of all calls and responses in CRM.- Handle incoming patient queries with professionalism and provide necessary details.- Coordinate with the front desk and doctors to schedule appointments.- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and appointments fixed.- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high conversion rate.Required Skills:- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.- Basic knowledge of healthcare/eye care is an added advantage.- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.- Familiarity with telecalling scripts and CRM systems.- Prior experience in healthcare sales or telecalling will be preferred.- Job Type: Full-time- Pay: - 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthContact- 97180 11146 (Rizwana Siddique, HR) (ref:updazz.com)
