Role Overview :- We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and systemize our performance marketing engine.- You will manage - 1 Cr monthly media budgets, drive profit-first growth, and build repeatable systems across acquisition, conversion, and retention.- This role reports directly to the founder / leadership team and comes with high decision-making authority.Key Responsibilities :1. High-Scale Paid Growth Ownership- Own and scale paid channels:- Meta (FB/Instagram) - primary- Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)- Manage and optimize - 1 Cr monthly ad spends- Balance scale vs efficiency across prospecting and retargeting- Drive incremental growth, not just platform ROAS2. Funnel & Revenue Engineering- Own the end-to-end revenue funnel:- Impression - Click - PDP - Checkout - Payment - Repeat- Diagnose and fix conversion bottlenecks:- PDP load speed & content- Offer structures & bundles- COD vs prepaid mix- Drive AOV, CVR, and contribution margin improvements3. Data, Attribution & Analytics Own performance measurement stack:- GA4, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions- Build clarity on:- Blended CAC vs channel CAC- LTV cohorts by acquisition source- Payback periods and contribution margins- Create decision-grade dashboards, not vanity reports4. Creative Performance Leadership- Lead creative performance strategy with in-house and external teams- Define testing frameworks:- Hooks, formats, creators, narratives- Identify creative fatigue early and refresh at scale- Build a creative intelligence system linked to revenue outcomes5.
