Job Description
Revenue Growth & Gross Profit - 100% Revenue Achievement on the yearly target projected- Grow brand revenue or upsell opportunities from key accounts every quarter- Achieve a 40% gross margins across the projects being worked out forClient Satisfaction & Engagement - 100% of weekly existing Client Touch base through weekly report sharing, cold calling, emailers and connects- Maintain a 80% client retention rate quarterly. Build a pipeline of Clients from different sectors ensuring 12 months consistent business- Maintaining and tracking client s feedback report - Understanding client challenges and closing them within TAT.Strategic Partnership & Collaboration- Develop and implement new strategic co-marketing initiatives with key accounts every quarter- Identify and secure new referral clients through key accounts/ existing clientele- Using a consultative sales approach in alignment before pitching to clients.Operational Efficiency & Project Delivery - Aligning Vendors and Operational Team to achieve success on the project, close sync with Ops team on successful execution in the given timelines- Understanding the market and creating new properties to build database at BTA- Building and growing existing and newer properties (ref:updazz.com)
