This is a target-driven inside sales role that rewards strong communication, discipline, and consistent performance.Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls- Counsel customers on academic programs and learning pathways- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a metrics-driven environment- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate lead tracking- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs- Deliver a professional and ethical sales experienceCandidate Profile- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong proficiency in English (Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Marathi is a plus)- Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion and objection-handling skills- Confident, self-driven, and target-focused- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment- Must have a laptop with functional audio/video capabilities (ref:updazz.com)
