Required Operations Executive - Bangalore

Job description We re looking for an Operations Executive (Generalist) to help us run and improve daily operations across logistics, refurbishment, inventory, and on-ground execution.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities will evolve as the business grows. You ll be expected to pick things up quickly, work with multiple teams, and take ownership of outcomes not just tasks..
Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple functions.
• Coordinate with on-ground teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Help ensure things move on time and issues get resolved.
• Track basic data and keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or breakdowns and help fix them.

What We re Looking For

• Basic working knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
