Required Telesales Executive - Ahmedabad

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce them to our products and services and persuading them to make a purchase. You will be expected to achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include making cold calls to generate leads, following up on warm leads, explaining product features and benefits, negotiating prices, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 month -2 years of experience in telesales, be a graduate, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable making cold calls and be able to work well under pressure to meet sales targets. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused to provide excellent service and achieve sales objectives.
