Job Description
An Education Advisor cum Coaching Counselor s Core Job Responsibilities: 1. Assess students academic achievements, interests, and career goals through counseling sessions. 2. Provide guidance on course selections, admissions processes, and scholarship opportunities to ensure suitable academic pathways3. Develop personalized education plans for each student and monitor their progress4. Conduct workshops and seminars related to career development, exam strategies, and personal growth.5. Support students in overcoming academic or personal challenges by fostering a supportive environment and offering coping strategies.6. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student records, progress reports, and counseling sessions.7. Assist students in completing necessary forms for admissions, scholarships, and other academic requirements8. Stay updated on educational trends, new programs, and regulatory changes in the sector.9. Actively visit schools and colleges to engage with principals or decision-makers, promoting and convincing them to introduce personality development courses and special English programs.
