You will assess client needs, propose tailored AV solutions, and support the sales team with technical insights and compelling presentations. This role demands a deep understanding of AV technologies, solution selling, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Qualification- Identify, engage, and qualify potential AV clients and projects- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential prospectsCustomer Needs Assessment- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and site surveys- Understand customer pain points and align them with AV solution capabilitiesSolution Design & Presentation- Develop customized AV solution proposals, BOMs, and presentations- Demonstrate products and solutions effectively through demos and technical walkthroughsProposal Development- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and technically sound proposals and RFP responses- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure proposals meet customer requirements and expectationsInternal Collaboration- Work closely with the sales, design, installation, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales transitionsClient Relationship Management- Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on AV technologies and industry best practicesMarket & Competitor Analysis- Stay updated on AV trends, innovations, and competitor offerings- Provide feedback to the product and leadership team to help refine offerings and strategiesSales Enablement- Train and support internal sales teams on technical aspects of AV solutions- Contribute to the development of sales tools, collateral, and training materialsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred)- 5 years of experience in the AV industry in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions architect role- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and automation solutions- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, BOQs, and proposals- Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and demos.
