We nurture smart people who bring out the best in themselves, their peers, and their clients.Skill Set:- Candidates with strong communication skills- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems- 3-5 years of B2B outbound inside sales or lead generation experience in the IT industry.- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing lead generation quotas.- Strong skills in objection handling, negotiation, and professional communication.- Preferably familiar with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Roles & Responsibilities:- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.- Identify, research, and qualify prospects within assigned industries and territories.- Engage with CxOs, IT Directors, and other senior stakeholders to uncover potential IT requirements.- Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure seamless handoff to Business - Development Managers.- Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to maximize outreach efficiency.- Mentor and guide junior Inside Sales Associates on prospecting best practices.- Consistently meet or exceed targets for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contribution.
