Job Description
Role & Responsibilities- Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall sales strategy. This position reports to the Sales Manager- Understand the business and the potential- Analyzing market and sales information- Identification of prospective clients.- Set up a Brand identification strategy and execution plan- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and maintaining research databases.- Set and track sales targets for team- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesIdeal Candidate- Excellent communication- In depth understanding of sales process, Lead Generation- Sales Matrix- B2B Software sales experience is mandatory- Client Engagement- Client Followup- Campaign follow up- Salesforce or any CRM tool experience- Sales Techniques- On-line resource management, Data-mining and CRM managementTechnical Skills:- The candidate should have experience in the preparation and execution of a sales strategy.- In depth Understanding of sales process- Sales Matrix- B2B Product Sales experience is mandatory- Experience in Salesforce and or other CRM toolClient Engagement- Campaign management and active follow up experience is must.Sales Techniques (ref:updazz.com)
