Job Description
Key Responsibilities :Project Sales & Business Development :- Identify, track, and develop government, PSU, institutional, and private construction projects.- Generate project leads through architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and PMC networks.- Prepare and manage project registrations, specifications, and approvals.- Ensure product approvals and brand inclusion in BOQs and tender documents.Channel & Stakeholder Management :- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and project partners for smooth execution of project orders.- Manage relationships with architects, builders, contractors, plumbers, and government officials.- Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical discussions at project sites.Order Execution & Coordination :- Drive order finalization, price negotiations, and payment follow-ups in coordination with internal teams.- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and execution of project supplies.- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless project fulfillment.Market Intelligence & Reporting :- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and specifications in the project segment.- Track project pipelines, sales forecasts, and achievement against targets.- Submit regular MIS reports, project trackers, and market feedback to management.Key Skills & Competencies :- Strong understanding of project sales and tender-based business.- Good knowledge of sanitaryware, healthware, faucets, or building material products.- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
