1. Candidate Engagement & Counselling :- Engage with prospective applicants via calls, video meetings, emails, and in-person sessions to educate them about the PGP TBM programme and its value proposition.- Understand candidates academic, professional, and career backgrounds and counsel them on how the programme aligns with their goals.- Proactively follow up with leads, addressing queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and clarity.- Host info sessions, webinars, and 1:1 counselling sessions to drive applications.- Travel as required to different cities for events, outreach sessions, or candidate meetings.2. Admissions Process Management :- Manage and track your pipeline of leads using CRM tools to ensure timely outreach and consistent engagement.- Assist candidates through the entire admissions lifecycle-from initial inquiry to application submission, interview scheduling, and final decision communication.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and candidate statuses.3. Performance & Insights :- Monthly and quarterly targets for applications and enrolments.- Share insights on candidate feedback, FAQs, and trends to help refine marketing and outreach strategies.- Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and programme teams to ensure cohesive communication and brand consistency.IDEAL PROFILE :- Experience : 1-3 years in admissions counselling, inside sales, academic counselling, or customer facing roles.
