Location: #Mumbai #CTC : - 12 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Looking for a seasoned Fund Raising & Donor Management professional to lead and strengthen resource mobilisation efforts for a reputed development-sector organisation working across health, livelihoods, women empowerment, education, sanitation, and disaster response. What You ll Do- Design and execute end-to-end fundraising strategies aligned with organisational goals- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporates, foundations, institutions, and individual donors- Lead proposal writing, grant applications, donor reporting, and compliance- Drive donor communication through impact reports, newsletters, and engagement events- Track fundraising performance, analyse data, and share insights with leadership- Work closely with program and finance teams to ensure strong donor alignment and impact visibility What We re Looking For- 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or resource mobilisation (non-profit preferred)- Proven success in securing grants, CSR funds, and partnerships- Strong proposal writing, storytelling, and reporting skills- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management capabilities- Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment (ref:updazz.com)
