The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of mutual funds and financial markets, and the ability to drive business growth through distributor and investor engagement.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage branch sales across all channels (IFAs, distributors, banks)- Take complete ownership of branch operations, compliance, audits, and client servicing- Build and strengthen relationships with investors, distributors, and institutional partners- Drive new product launches, market expansion, and investor awareness programs- Manage, motivate, and guide the sales and relationship management team- Monitor market trends and identify local business development opportunities- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, and operational excellence- Manage P&L responsibility and overall branch performanceRequired Qualifications & Skills- Graduate (MBA preferred)- 4 years of experience with an Asset Management Company (mandatory)- NISM Series V-A (MFD) certification- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt & Financial Markets- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills- Fluent in Gujarati (spoken & written)- Strong leadership, team handling, and decision-making abilitiesEligibility & Location Preference- Candidates from anywhere in Gujarat- Must be willing to work from Anand or Bhavnagar- Notice period: Immediate to 90 days (longer notice may be considered case-to-case)Nice to Have- Experience as Senior Relationship Manager / Branch Manager- Team handling or bancassurance exposure- Strong distributor and channel sales backgroundHiring Process- Assessment test- Followed by multiple interview rounds (as applicable)How to Apply- Apply directly or share your profile via direct message.- Only candidates meeting the AMC experience and NISM certification criteria will be considered.
