Were Hiring | Territory Sales Manager (TSM - Trade) Location: Branch Office (Assigned Territory) Division: Fans / Appliances Department: Sales Experience: 2-5 Years (2-3 years in a similar role/industry preferred) Job PurposeDrive sales growth and distribution expansion across the assigned geography by achieving sales targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and executing trade policies for B2C product lines (Fans, Lights, Pumps, Appliances). Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Collections- Achieve annual and monthly sales & collection targets - Ensure sales phasing as per guidelines (7th, 14th, 21st, Month-End) - Drive focus/new products and improve premium contribution - Execute ROD plans effectivelyChannel Management- Implement GTM strategies across territories - Strengthen dealer & distributor health - Expand and optimize channel network (ND/WD) - Directly manage Top 50 retailers in the assigned area - Drive channel finance and BTL activities (CP meets, branding)Process & Automation- Ensure effective use of systems like Easy DMS, Field Assist, Dealer Portal, Tally Patch - Drive process improvement initiatives at branch levelPeople & Cross-Functional Coordination- Appoint, train, and review DSMs for performance - Coordinate with Service, Finance, Logistics, Product & Trade Marketing teamsOperations- Coordinate C&F and warehousing operations - Ensure stock liquidation and optimal inventory levelsMarket & Competitor Analysis- Track market intelligence and competitor movements - Support forecasting and new product initiativesPerformance Metrics- Achievement of primary & secondary sales targets - Collection efficiency & ROD reduction - Distribution reach and channel expansion - Focus product achievement - Process compliance and automation adoptionEducation: Graduate (MBA preferred - Regular/Part-time) (ref:updazz.com)
