The organisation focuses on research-led advisory solutions for affluent clients, offering a diversified range of investment products while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.Title: RM Team LeadLocation: GurgaonEducation: GraduateExperience: 6 - 10 YearsAbout the Role: The RM Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 4-6 Relationship Managers, ensuring high standards of advisory quality, productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role combines people leadership with revenue oversight and hands-on client engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Management & Productivity:Lead daily/weekly team huddles to review priorities and performanceConduct sales funnel and pipeline reviews to track progress and identify gapsMentor and coach RMs on advisory skills, client engagement, and productivityDrive consistent performance and team discipline2. Revenue Oversight & Client Engagement:Ensure team target achievement and revenue growthParticipate in key client meetings along with RMs for support and closuresMonitor individual and team-level KPIs3. Advisory Quality & Compliance- Review and validate investment proposals and recommendations- Ensure strong CRM hygiene, documentation, and advisory execution- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsRequirement: - 6-10 years of experience in wealth management- Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead / supervisory role- Proven people management and mentoring experience- Strong investment advisory and client-handling capability- Detail-oriented with a governance-first mindset (ref:updazz.com)
