Territory Sales Manager - B2C LightingLocation: MangaloreDivision: B2C LightingWork Mode: Work from OfficeExperience: 3-10 YearsIndustry Preferred: Consumer Electronics (Lighting Division)We are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to manage regional sales, channel partners, and market expansion within the B2C lighting segment.Key Responsibilities- Achieve product-wise and category-wise monthly sales targets- Execute sales activation plans, BTL activities, CP meets, and brand positioning initiatives- Ensure collections as per monthly commitments and reduce ROD- Monitor and review channel partner performance regularly- Drive network expansion, channel correction, and management strategies- Maximize market reach (ND/WD) across town categories- Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners- Generate and convert enquiries; prepare and submit offers- Execute product launches and sales promotion activities- Track sales and field force through FA systems- Drive adoption of Tally patch among distributors/customers- Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities- Plan effective journey cycles for field execution- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for smooth execution- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies- Continuously enhance product and market knowledge through training (ref:updazz.com)
