WE RE HIRING - US TELECOM VOICE PROCESS - Role: Customer Service Executive - International Voice- Process: US Telecom Customer Support- Location: Airoli, Mumbai - Gigaplex, Airoli- Date of Joining (DOJ): 12th January 2026- Headcount Required: 40 Key Skills :- International Customer Service- Voice Process Handling- Active Listening- Problem Solving- Empathy & Professional Etiquette- Basic Telecom Knowledge Eligibility Criteria:- HSC Freshers / Graduate Freshers welcome- HSC with minimum 6 months of any work experience- Excellent communication skills in English- Customer-oriented attitude- Comfortable working in US Night Rotational Shifts Working Details- Full-time |5 Days Working- Any 2 Rotational Offs- Work From Office - No Hybrid/No WFH Salary StructureSlab 1:- 20,313 - Net Take Home- Variables: - 0 to - 2,231 (Pacman Incentives)Slab 2:- 24,021 - Net Take Home- Variables: - 0 to - 2,602 (Pacman Incentives) - Performance-based incentives over and above fixed pay Additional Requirements- ROI / HR Round- MAKI Telecom Test- Ops Interview- English proficiency level: VNA B2 - Low - Mode: Work From Office - Shift Flexibility: Mandatory for US Rotational Shifts- Immediate joiners preferredContact: HR Team 9051013823 (ref:updazz.com)
