Wood Coating Sales Officer Location: Alwar Experience: 3 - 10 Years Industry: Paints / Wood CoatingsJob Responsibilities:- Develop and expand sales of wood coatings, including Melamine, PU, NC, Polyester, and Water-based coatings in the assigned territory.- Identify, visit, and onboard carpenters, furniture manufacturers, joiners, modular furniture units, interior contractors, and architects.- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to drive secondary sales.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, volume growth, and revenue objectives.- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and application training for carpenters and polishing teams.- Provide technical guidance on product selection, surface preparation, application methods, and troubleshooting.- Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, competitor analysis, and lead generation.- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches; share insights with management.- Ensure effective visibility and branding at dealer counters and project sites.- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely product delivery and issue resolution.- Manage payment collection in accordance with company policy and control outstanding dues.- Maintain accurate sales reports, daily call reports, and CRM data.- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and carpenter meets to strengthen brand presence.Candidate Profile- 3-10 years of experience in wood coatings / decorative paints sales- Strong dealer & carpenter network- Good communication, negotiation & technical understanding- Willingness to travel locally (ref:updazz.com)
