- Position: Sales/Business Development Executive- Company: Norisys Technology Ltd- Location: Ahmedabad, Pune, Kerala, Goa, HyderabadAbout Us:Norisys is a leading manufacturer of premium electrical switchgear products in India, offering a wide range of switches, sockets, MCBs, and related solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business by meeting architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.- Maintain regular client relationships and follow-ups.Requirements:- 1-8 years of experience in field sales/business development (switchgear, electrical, or building materials preferred).- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
