You will serve as a trusted financial partner to affluent and high-net-worth individuals, providing holistic, goal-based financial advice while strengthening long-term relationships.The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian financial markets, a proven track record in wealth management, and the ability to combine financial planning expertise with client engagement skills.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management- Build lasting, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients.- Act as a single point of contact for their financial planning and investment needs.- Anticipate client requirements, resolve concerns, and deliver personalized advisory solutions.- Identify cross-selling opportunities, enhance client portfolios, and generate referrals to expand the firm s client base.Financial Planning & Portfolio Management- Conduct detailed financial assessments, including cash flow, investment, tax, retirement, and estate planning.- Create and present customized financial plans aligned with client goals and risk profiles.- Monitor and update plans regularly based on market trends, life changes, or regulatory updates.- Optimize portfolios for tax efficiency and long-term growth while ensuring SEBI compliance.- Contribute to the development of a tech-driven DIY financial planning platform for retail users.Business Development- Leverage professional networks to acquire new clients and grow the firm s Assets Under Management (AUM).- Represent the firm at industry events, investor seminars, and networking forums to build brand visibility.RequirementsQualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.- CFP (Financial Planning Standards Board India) preferred; CFA, NISM, or CA certifications are an advantage.Experience- 5 years in financial planning & wealth management, with at least 3 years as a Relationship Manager.- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and growing AUM.Skills & Expertise- Strong knowledge of Indian financial products, tax laws, and investment strategies (mutual funds, ULIPs, PMS, REITs, etc.).- Proficiency in financial planning tools & software.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.- Analytical & research-driven approach to portfolio construction and risk assessment.- Client-first mindset with demonstrated ability to earn and maintain client trust.
