Performance Marketing Specialist (3-5 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Digital Marketing)

Role Overview- Full-time, on-site role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for Finance and Crypto clients.- Involves end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.- Highly analytical role requiring expertise in campaign tracking, optimization, and policy compliance specific to the financial/crypto vertical.- Ideal for professionals who enjoy working in fast-paced, ROI-driven environments with direct ownership of budgets and performance.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery) campaigns for Finance/Crypto clients.- Handle daily campaign optimization, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI.- Work on landing page CRO, creative feedback, and pixel/postback integrations (via Google Tag Manager, API conversions, etc.).- Create and monitor ad funnels for lead generation (Click - Lead - FTD).- Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.- Stay updated with ad policy changes in the Financial/Crypto segment and ensure campaign compliance.- Collaborate closely with design and strategy teams to ideate and refine high-performing creatives and ad copies.- Manage monthly budgets in the range of - 20-50 lakh with effective spend allocation and performance tracking.What We re Looking For :- 3 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns within the Finance and Crypto sectors.- Strong understanding of advertising policies and compliance requirements for financial promotions.- Hands-on expertise in CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS optimization.- In-depth knowledge of pixels, S2S tracking, CRM postbacks, and campaign attribution models.- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for performance reporting.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
