The details for this position are as follows:- Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)- Experience: 1-2 years- Shift: General shift (9:30am to 6:30pm)- Role: Permanent- Gender: FemaleSkills: - Lead Generation - Sales Support and Coordination - CRM Management - Reporting and AnalysisJob Descriptions:Role Tasks and Deliverables:Responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.Lead Generation:- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather contact information.- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they meet the target customer profile.- Maintain a database of qualified leads and track their progress.Sales Support and Coordination:- Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials and presentations.- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and follow-ups.- Communicate with clients to address their inquiries and provide necessary information.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.CRM Management:- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.- Track and monitor sales activities, including lead status, customer interactions, and deal progress.- Generate reports from the CRM system to provide insights and analysis on sales performance.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular reports on key sales metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Provide recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.- Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.- Conversion rate from leads to sales.- Sales revenue generated per month.- Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.Skills:- Communication Skills- Active Listening- Negotiation Skills- Time Management- Product Knowledge- Problem-SolvingKnowledge:- Industry Knowledge- Product Knowledge- Sales Techniques- Market Research- Customer Behaviour- Competitor AnalysisSelf-Image:- Professionalism- Confidence, smart and sharp - Resilience- Self-Motivation- AdaptabilityTraits:- Persuasiveness- Resilience- Goal-Oriented- Empathy- Persistence (ref:updazz.com)
