Business Development Executive:- Education: Min 12 3 Pass- LOC: Navi Mumbai- Preferred Candidate: FemaleJob Summary:We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to think strategically to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold outreach.
-Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential clients.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to develop customized solutions for clients.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business to close deals effectively.
-Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
-Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.
-Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events when required.Requirements: - Education: 12 3 or above.
-Experience: 2-15 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management. Skills:- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.Benefits: - Competitive salary performance-based incentives.
