- Industry: FMCG / D2C- Function: Marketing - Retention / CRM- Location: Gurgaon (Delhi/NCR only)- Work Mode: Onsite- Working Days: 5 Days- Experience: 3-6 Years- Age Limit: Up to 34- Education: GraduationRole Overview:We are hiring a Retention Marketing professional to own and scale the post-acquisition customer lifecycle for a fast-growing D2C personal care brand. This role is critical to improving repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), engagement, and churn reduction through data-driven CRM strategies.The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on with Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications, has built customer journeys and segmentation from scratch, and thrives in a D2C startup environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Retention & Lifecycle Ownership- Own end-to-end retention and lifecycle marketing for D2C / e-commerce customers- Drive improvements in repeat rate, frequency, LTV, and churn- Build structured lifecycle strategies across customer cohorts2. CRM Campaign ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across:- Email- WhatsApp- SMS- Push Notifications- Execute promotional, transactional, engagement, and win-back campaigns3. Customer Journeys & Segmentation- Build and optimize automated customer journeys- Create cohorts and segmentation based on:- Purchase behavior- Engagement- Lifecycle stage- Continuously refine flows based on performance data4. Optimization & Experimentation- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performanceRun A/B tests on:- Messaging- Offers- Timing- Channels- Identify insights to improve conversion and retention KPIs5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:- Performance marketing teams- Product & tech teams- Design/content teams- Align CRM efforts with overall funnel and growth strategy6. Reporting & Analytics- Own CRM dashboards and reportingTrack and report on:- Retention- Repeat purchase rate- LTV- Cohort performanceMandatory Criteria (Strict Screening)All points below are non-negotiable- Only Female candidates- Must be currently working or have worked in a D2C startup only- 3-6 years of experience only in retention / lifecycle / CRM marketingHands-on experience executing CRM campaigns across:- Email- WhatsApp- SMS- Push notificationsProven experience building:- Customer journeys- Cohorts- Segmentation- Must be currently based in Delhi/NCR- Must be available for a face-to-face (in-person) interviewKey Skills Required- Retention Marketing- Lifecycle Marketing- CRM Campaign Management- Email Marketing- WhatsApp & SMS Marketing- Customer Segmentation & Journeys- A/B Testing- D2C / E-commerce Analytics (ref:updazz.com)
