This role is critical to improving repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), engagement, and churn reduction through data-driven CRM strategies.The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on with Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications, has built customer journeys and segmentation from scratch, and thrives in a D2C startup environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Retention & Lifecycle Ownership- Own end-to-end retention and lifecycle marketing for D2C / e-commerce customers- Drive improvements in repeat rate, frequency, LTV, and churn- Build structured lifecycle strategies across customer cohorts2. CRM Campaign ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across:- Email- WhatsApp- SMS- Push Notifications- Execute promotional, transactional, engagement, and win-back campaigns3. Customer Journeys & Segmentation- Build and optimize automated customer journeys- Create cohorts and segmentation based on:- Purchase behavior- Engagement- Lifecycle stage- Continuously refine flows based on performance data4.
