Join a high-growth, mission-driven startup that offers immense learning, impact, and wealth-creation opportunities.Title: Sales LeadBase Location: Gurgaon (covering North & West India market for now)Education: Graduates Experience: 6-12 yearsWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Lead to own and lead end-to-end sales execution, operations, and performance management for a high-growth geography. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic acumen, strong operational discipline, and exceptional team-building capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in gold loans or consumer financial services and a proven ability to deliver aggressive growth through empowered field teams.Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver sales targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan through disciplined, daily field sales execution.- Build and sustain a sales-first, high-performance culture across teams.- Design and continuously optimize incentive structures for employees and channel partners to drive performance while managing costs.- Forecast manpower requirements accurately to ensure optimal headcount and prevent over- or under-hiring.- Maintain strong daily governance over sales metrics, productivity, and performance outcomes.- Diversify sales channels to create a stable, predictable, and scalable sales pipeline, minimizing volatility and demand spikes.- Track competitor activity and market trends to recommend timely changes in products, pricing, or schemes.- Motivate, coach, and empower sales teams through well-defined performance frameworks and incentive programs.- Identify, onboard, and manage offline distribution partnerships to source high-value customers.- Develop, track, and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasts.- Drive and execute all national-level sales and marketing initiatives for the gold loan business.Candidate Requirements:- 6-12 years of experience in consumer lending, financial services, or large field sales organizations.(Prior experience in gold loans is strongly preferred.)- Demonstrated success in leading, scaling, and managing high-performing field sales teams.- Strong ownership mindset with an aggressive, target-driven, and execution-focused approach.- Willingness to travel extensively on-ground (approximately 2-3 weeks per month).- Comfortable working closely with field teams, partners, and distribution networks.- Candidates available to join with a minimal notice period will be preferred.
