Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a skilled and detail:orientedSuccessFactors Analyst/Developer to support and enhance our global HR technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
You will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and developing SuccessFactors modules to ensure seamless HR operations and an excellent employee experience.
What will you be doing?
As a SuccessFactors Analyst/Developer, you will:
:Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: Support Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Learning) to meet business needs.
:Develop system enhancements: Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, and integrations with other HR and enterprise systems.
:Analyze and translate requirements: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and convert them into technical specifications.
:Manage system updates and releases: Test and deploy quarterly SuccessFactors updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
:Provide technical support: Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability and performance.
:Ensure data integrity and compliance: Maintain accurate employee data and adhere to data privacy and security standards.
:Document processes and solutions: Create clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
:Collaborate globally: Partner with IT, HR, and external vendors to deliver projects and continuous improvements.
