Job Description
- Experience: 1-2 Years- Employment Type: Full Time- Location: Mumbai / DelhiRole & Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage outbound marketing campaigns for IT services and solutions.- Handle email-based outbound marketing, including cold emails, follow-ups, drip campaigns, and bulk mailers.- Create, customize, and optimize email content and outbound messaging aligned with target audiences.- Manage email sending, monitoring, and reporting, including open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and engagement tracking.- Work on marketing automation tools to create workflows, sequences, and automated follow-ups.- Conduct market research and prospect research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.- Build, validate, and maintain outbound lead databases.- Perform A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and sequences to improve campaign performance.- Coordinate with sales/business teams to align outbound campaigns with lead generation goals.- Maintain basic CRM hygiene, including lead updates and campaign tagging.- Analyze outbound campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement.Requirements:- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in outbound marketing, preferably in an IT services or B2B technology company.- Strong experience in email marketing, outbound outreach, and mail sending activities.- Proven ability in content composition for professional B2B communication (cold emails, follow-ups, campaign copies).- Practical exposure to marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar tools.- Understanding of outbound metrics: open rate, reply rate, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.- Ability to perform market research and target audience identification.- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.- Good written communication skills with attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment and meet campaign timelines.Education (Mandatory):- MBA in Marketing, Engineering Graduate (BE / BTech) from a recognized university- (Candidates with engineering background should have hands-on exposure to marketing, outbound campaigns, or business development.)Preferred Skills (Good to Have):- Experience with IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales environments.- Knowledge of tools like Semrush, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.- Basic understanding of lead nurturing and sales funnel concepts.
