Position- Business Development ManagerLocation- Remote Exp- 7 yrs Notice Period- Immediate joiner- 15 days Skills- Lead generation, Revenue generation, B2B sales,US, UK, Middle east, Exp in eCommerce, Data - Product Information Management/MDM (Priority- 70%), Ecommerce (30%), End to end sales, Deal closureJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lead Generation, End-to-End Sales, and Deal Closure, with a solid background in Data Product Information Management (PIM/MDM) and eCommerce solutions. This role requires hands-on experience selling to clients across US, UK, and Middle East markets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities across global markets (US, UK, Middle East).- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on PIM / MDM solutions (70%) and eCommerce solutions (30%).- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and commercial negotiations.- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal. execution.- Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.- Represent the company in virtual meetings, demos, and client presentations.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.- Proven experience in Revenue Generation and Lead Generation.- Strong domain expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) / Master Data -Management (MDM) (high priority).- Hands-on experience selling eCommerce solutions.- Proven track record of closing complex deals.- Experience selling into US, UK, and Middle East markets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
