Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Acquisition (Canteen): Identify and pitch to new, industrial canteen.- Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans specifically for food service channels to achieve volume and gross margin targets.- Product Placement & Portfolio Management: Ensure maximum listing and visibility of product .- Distributor and Vendor Management: Coordinate with distributors to ensure on-time delivery and consistent supply to institutional customers.- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new opportunities in the institutional food sector to strengthen market positioning.- Commercial Negotiation & Reporting: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, manage promotional activities, and track performance KPIs (e.g., volume, revenue). Experience & Skills Required:- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong focus on, food services, or canteen management. (ref:updazz.com)
