Here s a Job Description (JD) for a CCTV Operator Muthoot Group:Position: CCTV OperatorLocation: Muthoot Branch / OfficeDepartment: Security & SurveillanceJob Summary:Responsible for monitoring CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of Muthoot premises, assets, employees, and customers, with special focus on gold loan operations and cash handling areas.Key Responsibilities:Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across branches, vaults, cash counters, and entry/exit points.Identify suspicious activities, security breaches, or policy violations and report immediately to supervisors.Maintain surveillance records, incident logs, and evidence footage as required.Coordinate with branch staff, security teams, and management during incidents or emergencies.Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and report technical issues promptly.Follow company security policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements.Assist in investigations and audits by providing CCTV footage when required.Requirements & Skills:Minimum qualification: 2 / Diploma (preferred).Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred (banking/financial sector is a plus).Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and monitoring software.Strong observation skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in shifts and handle high-alert situations calmly.Integrity, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality.
