Key Duties Outbound Calling: To develop interest and promote goods or services, reach out to potential clients utilizing a prepared directory. Lead Qualification: To ascertain whether a prospect is a suitable fit for the business and advance them in the sales batch, ask targeted questions. Handling Objections: Address consumer worries by using persuasive speaking techniques to change a "no" into a "maybe" or a "yes." Data Calibration: Correctly enter contact information, call results, and follow-up dates into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
