You will be trained in various aspects of our operations, from machine operation to quality control, to become a valuable member of our production team. Key Responsibilities : - Assist in the operation of machinery, which may include CNC machines, conventional lathes, or other specialized equipment. - Support the production process by preparing materials, setting up tools, and ensuring the smooth flow of work. - Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards. - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand part dimensions and tolerances. - Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and maintenance procedures for all equipment. - Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
