We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.Join us as we pave the way for a new era in home decor!To know more visit:www.kyari.coKey Responsibilities:Growth Strategy & Planning:- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.- Identify and launch new categories with clear growth plans and roadmaps.Revenue Management:- Own revenue management across all online sales channels, with a strong focus on our website and Amazon.- Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale performance across channels to maximize ROI.Performance Marketing:- Scale ad revenue through paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, etc.) while ensuring efficient CAC and LTV.- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with operations, branding, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless growth journey.- Align growth initiatives with supply chain readiness, brand positioning, and customer experience.Unit Economics & Profitability:- Establish and maintain healthy unit economics for existing and newly launched categories.- Track contribution margins, customer acquisition cost, retention metrics, and profitability KPIs.Qualifications & Skills:- 3-8 years of experience in growth marketing in a D2C or e-commerce setup.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO, etc.).- Proven track record of scaling revenues in consumer brands.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in performance tracking tools.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
