As a sales executive, you should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, who is capable of driving sales growth. Eventually, you should be able to build a relationship with potential clients and close sales.We are mfg of Candle & Soap making mould and accessories & we receive enquiry for our items by Whatsapp, Insta, Facebook, Calls, Website, Chats. To those enquiries replying with proper details and converting to sales. Job Description & Responsibilities: - Responsible for answering calls, chats. calling existing and prospective clients from the provided database. Generate Leads.
-Answering queries and questions regarding the company and products. Understanding Customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
-Will be responsible for proper follow up and maintain conversation records. Keeping the customer data base maintained and updated.
-Should have good Customer closing and Convincing Power. Knowledge of Computer (Excel/Word).
-Taking & Processing orders Accurately. Preserve the company s reputation by handling grievances and resolving client complaints.
-Facilitating company s sales by going the extra mile and meeting Sales Quota.- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Taking part in team meetings.Qualifications: - Graduate & at Least 1 year of experience in sales - Negotiation and problem-solving skills & Strong communicator - Basic English, Advance Excel, Working on System & Sales Software - Office Timing - Monday to Saturday.
