Job Description: International Marketing Executive - Engineering GoodsJob Title: International Marketing ExecutiveIndustry: Engineering Goods / Industrial ProductsDepartment: International Business DevelopmentLocation: Warje Pune WFOExperience: 1-4 Years (Freshers with relevant exposure can apply)Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new international markets for engineering goods- Generate export leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, B2B portals, and trade databases- Communicate with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents via email, calls, and video meetings- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, product catalogs, and presentations- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for order execution- Handle export documentation in coordination with CHA and freight forwarders- Track international inquiries, negotiations, and order follow-ups- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and demand trends- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual buyer-seller meets- Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, and payment termsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree or Masters Degree in, International Business, Marketing, or Commerce- Familiarity with export procedures and international trade practices- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint,- Ability to handle multiple markets and time zones- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skillsPreferred Skills (Good to Have):- Experience with engineering exports (auto components, machinery, tools, fabricated items, etc.)- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS codes, LC, Advance payment, DP/DA- Exposure to markets like Middle East, Africa, USA, Europe, Australia, or South Asia - Experience using B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of qualified international leads generated- Conversion of inquiries into confirmed export orders- Market expansion and new customer onboarding- Timely follow-up and customer satisfactionCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary performance-based incentives- Export commission / sales incentives- Opportunity for international travel and exposure- Career growth in international business (ref:updazz.com)
