Your responsibilities include establishing and nurturing long-term relationships, understanding surgeons needs, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and the surgical community. Your goal is to enhance trust, resolve issues, and contribute to the expansion of existing relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: - Primary point of contact for surgeons, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
-Develop trust-based relationships with surgeons by understanding their needs and requirements.
-Expand relationships with existing surgeons to enhance collaboration and partnership.
-Act as a liaison between surgeons and internal teams, ensuring effective communication.
-Proactively address and resolve any issues, concerns, or complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
-Will be responsible to position our hospitals (own and network) as preferred surgery center for surgeons for their own cases.
-Will be responsible to close commercials with surgeons for their own patients - Will be responsible to build an effective pipeline across different surgeon specialties across the area assigned.
-Will be responsible to achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly revenue targets for SSR.at our hospitals/network Qualifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Communications - 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in relationship management.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English (ref:updazz.com)
