Manager/Lead - B2B Sales (5-10 Yrs) Noida/Delhi NCR (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Drive B2B sales through regular field visits, client meetings, and proactive market development activities.- Identify and onboard new customers within targeted industries requiring flexible packaging solutions.- Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.- Understand customer requirements related to packaging specifications, pricing, volumes, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations leading to successful closures.- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports through office-based planning and follow-ups.- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business growth.- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client locations as required.- Take complete ownership of assigned territories, targets, and customer relationships with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
