Role Description- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Coimbatore with opportunities for partial work-from-home. The Customer Success Manager will focus on building and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Responsibilities include proactively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, improving service delivery, and acting as the client advocate.
