The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our logistics services.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in domestic and international logistics services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Understand clients logistics needs and provide customized solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.- Strong knowledge of logistics services, including international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.Key Competencies:- Strategic thinking and market awareness- Client-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Strong organizational and time management skills (ref:updazz.com)
