The organization leverages innovative digital solutions to enhance everyday living experiences for residents nationwide.Role Overview:As a Brand Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving advertising and brand partnership revenue. You will work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to design impactful digital advertising solutions while independently managing sales pitches and client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with brands and agencies, and closing deals with smooth execution.Location: Bangalore | PuneExperience:1 - 3 YearsEducation: Any GraduateKey Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential brands and advertisers for digital advertising opportunities- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and scheduled meetings- Present compelling sales proposals and advertising solutions to clients- Showcase the reach and impact of ad inventory across a large user base spread over multiple communities- Clearly explain advertising formats, features, pricing, and campaign benefits- Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements in line with company policies- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and partner outcomes- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing brand partners- Act as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams- Manage and grow a strong revenue pipeline with advertisers and agencies- Coordinate with leadership and marketing teams to align partnership goals- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and platformsCandidate Profile:- 1-3 years of experience in brand sales, media sales, or advertising partnerships- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to manage relationships and handle multiple stakeholders- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused attitude- Willingness to travel locally as part of the role (ref:updazz.com)
