Job Summary:The Frontline Sales Manager leads and supports the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. This role focuses on team supervision, customer interaction, and execution of sales plans at the ground level.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate frontline sales executives- Achieve sales targets and ensure productivity- Assign daily tasks and monitor field activities- Support the team in closing sales and handling customers- Train new sales staff and provide regular guidance- Prepare basic sales reports and updatesRequirements:- Experience in sales, and Field sales- Good communication and leadership skills- Ability to work in the field and meet targets- Basic knowledge of sales processesWhat We Require: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
