Job Description :1. Market Research and Intelligence :- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities related to power products (batteries, UPS, inverters).- Gather customer feedback on product performance, pricing, and overall satisfaction to assist in product positioning and improvement.- Monitor local competitors and market conditions, sharing insights with the marketing and sales teams.2. Customer Relationship Management :- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and resellers.- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the products are well-promoted and supported in the market.- Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through targeted field marketing activities.- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and concerns in the field, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.3. Brand Promotion and Awareness :- Promote the company s products and brand through in-field activities, such as product demonstrations, trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars.- Ensure that the company s brand message is consistently communicated across all field marketing activities.- Organize and participate in local marketing events and roadshows to enhance brand visibility and engagement with potential clients.4. Campaign Execution :- Implement field marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the company s marketing strategy to promote power products like UPS, inverters, and batteries.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.) and distribute them in targeted areas.- Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement.5. Sales Support:- Assist the sales team by providing them with market insights, promotional materials, and customer contacts.- Help drive sales opportunities by supporting field-based sales strategies and ensuring that customers are aware of the latest products and offers.- Facilitate product training and demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of the company s products.6. Event Planning and Coordination:- Coordinate and manage marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches to increase brand exposure.- Ensure smooth execution of events, from venue selection and logistics to post-event follow-up.- Collect feedback from event attendees and provide insights into their buying behaviour and product interests.7.
