Qualifications and Skills1. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.2. 8 years of proven experience in B2B business development/ sales in Engineering Services, Product Development, Industrial Solutions.3. Strong understanding of consultative selling for technical services (CAD/ FEA/ CFD/ NPD/ Compliance) and/ or visualization/ training solutions.4. Demonstrated leadership experience- building teams, managing targets, forecasting, and closing large/ strategic deals.5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong proposal writing and commercial structuring ability.6. Capability to work with technical teams to define scope, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines; strong client expectation management.7. Exposure to international markets, global clients, or a strong industry network will be an added advantage.8.
